A native Texan, Attorney Webster received her Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in 1981 from the University of Texas and her Master of Laws from George Washington University in 1992. She is licensed before the courts of Texas and also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court.
Legal Experience
Attorney Webster retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and began working with our office in December 2001. During her twenty years of active duty as a judge advocate, her assignments have included military judge, Chief of Legal Assistance for III Corps & Fort Hood, Deputy Chief of the Legal Assistance Policy Division and later as Special Assistant to the Chief of the Legal Assistance Policy Division, where she concentrated on probate and estate planning issues for her individual clients and assisted other junior attorneys throughout the Army in these matters. She has been recognized for her outstanding service to her country and to her clients many, many times.
Special Recognition
Attorney Webster was appointed in 1999 by the President of the American Bar Association to serve as a member of the Legal Assistance for Military Personnel Committee for a three-year term.
Community Service
Attorney Webster is active in the community. She has worked with a local troop of the Boy Scouts of America, serving as a merit badge counselor, committee member, and most recently as troop treasurer. She also has worked with several high school athletic booster clubs in various capacities. She is a graduate of Leadership Killeen and current club president of the Rotary Club of Killeen.
